On the Banks of Salt Creek
We make pizza. Often. Without a good crust and a good sauce, I'm not a pizza fan. This sauce however is to die for.

  • 2 Tablespoons honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram

  • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/16 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

You can find the anchovy paste in the condiment aisle of your local grocery store. It comes in a tube within a box.
The easiest way to make pizza is to get really good French bread if you like it thick. If you prefer it thin (I do) then use some flat bread.
I've altered the original recipe that Angie Gorkoff posted on Allrecipes.
