Most mornings I have the pleasure of doing our morning chores with my wonderful wife Karen, it’s really one of my favorite times of the day. This morning Karen had gotten done milking before I finished up doing my chores, so she had already headed back to the house. I admit I was dragging my feet a bit today, it is Saturday after all, so I didn’t mind her “ditching me”. Well today as I was finishing up morning chores I spotted 4 blacktail deer moving through our lower pasture. They are so peaceful and calm as they looked up at me, listened to our obnoxious goat Brown Sugar bleating loudly as she is in heat, and proceeded to go about their morning. It really made my day, hope it makes yours a little better too!

What a great start to the day! i love quiet mornings, outside, with a little coffee, before ordinary traffic interrupts…….goats and deer are way better “traffic.” Thanks for sharing the video. njw
Definitely better traffic. Cuter at least. Michael is much more observant than I am. Plus he has better vision. I saw them first when they were right outside the barn door a few months ago!
